Nabucco will be presented in Andreas Homoki’s production which, with sumptuous period costumes by Susana Mendoza and minimalist scenery by Wolfgang Gussmann, transports the action to the Italy of Verdi’s time and places the focus, right from the overture, on the family relationships that form the very core of this passionate drama.
