Aisha

Aisha, a young Nigerian woman seeking asylum in Ireland, finds herself in a maze of social services and bureaucracy. Alone and unwilling to sacrifice her dignity to satisfy the demands of the authorities, she finds an ally in Conor, a young man who works in her lodging center. Conor is Irish and with a troubled past. Together they struggle to maintain their budding friendship in the face of Aisha’s increasingly dire situation, threatened by imminent deportation.
