Ernest and Celestine return to the country of the former, the Charabie, in order to fix his precious broken violin. Then, they discover that the music has been banned throughout the country for years. But for them, it is impossible to live without music!
With the help of accomplices such as a mysterious masked vigilante, Ernest and Celestine will try to put an end to this injustice, in order to bring joy back to the land of bears.
