1960s, Atacama Desert, Chile. María Magnolia is a woman who, despite living under difficult conditions, tries to pass on her passion for art to her daughter, María Margarita. Maria Margarita will become the storyteller of the village, where most of the inhabitants cannot afford a movie ticket.
