The film centers on a young composer (Charlotte Hope) who finds herself faced with the opportunity of a lifetime when she is commissioned to compose the third movement of the score that her late mentor left incomplete when she died suddenly. However, she will soon discover that playing those notes carries deadly repercussions, leading her to unmask the disturbing origins of the melody and the evil force it awakens.
